I had quite a bit of work needed done. Almost a 20 year old Jeep Liberty, with mainly factory parts still. We'll, things only last so long and my handling was getting dangerous.

So, called them up, took it in for them to inspect and called me with a game plan of what was most important and needed.

Had a some upper and lower control arms replaced, some work to the rear axel and new brake shoes, an alignment, and had them do some general maintenance like oil and check my transmission as well. Since the Jeep is payed for, I'd like to keep it as long as possible if practical.

Was very happy with the price considering before I added some extra work ontop of the handling issue, and very happy with the outcome. Jeep rides and feels great.

The owners and operators are very friendly and we're very accommodating with me adding some extra work kind of last minute once they started.

Would highly recommend a visit for comparisons at the very least and will be back with my Jeep in the future.

Great service. Fast, very reasonably priced, and they have an extreemly friendly receptionist. He is purrrrrrrfect for the job. I had my ball joints replaced and I am really happy with the results. I will for sure be going back to get a few other things done to my truck. Thank you Parks.....

My Toyota is approaching 100,000 miles. I took it to Park Automotive and am so happy with their work. They explained every thing they recommended and what was most important to do first. They are friendly and professional and the young lady in front is very knowledgeable. I can tell the difference in how my car drives already. If you are looking for someone you can trust go to Park!

Wife's car completely died. The engine all but destroyed itself right in front of the Parks Automotive. So obviously God must favor this shop to bring them such business 🤣
They were really nice, helpful. Their labor rates aren't crazy like Plaza tire or other nearby shops. Highly recommend. They likely became my goto for major repairs.

After trying to figure out an odd electrical problem on my 1994 F-150, I've owned and worked on it since '97, I took it to Parks Automotive to see if a real automotive repair shop could sort out the problem.
It took about an hour of testing the electrical system, they discovered the fault, and it surprised me as well as a few neighbors who had shared their limited wisdom with me.
My entire visit at Parks Automotive was sweet. The staff was friendly and sociable, and the lobby was very clean and orderly, but if the chairs were a bit taller and more softly cushioned ...?
And playing with their very friendly cat made the time fly by.
All in all, I would give Parks Automotive a Five-Star rating. Of all my experience with car repair shops, Parks Automotive is #1 in my book.

I chose Parks Automotive after my check engine light came on because they had so many positive reviews and I was not disappointed! They were quick and honest- turned out to be just my battery going bad! Had it in and out of the shop same day. Will definitely use them for future repairs.
